This typology project aims to challenge the legibility and strict shapes of letters. Inspired by the paper marbling, a aqueous surface design method originated from the Middle East that produces an organic flowy print, the letters become part of a pattern. Unlike images, letters have unshakable and unmistakable literary connotations; They are pieces of a puzzle to be put together and meant to be understood. Could our eyes ever see letters as just shapes or patterns?
